China Zhejiang Shao Xing GYOKURO (CZ-BIO-004)

Chinese green tea, from northeastern part of Zhejiang province processed by a Japanese method.

Good quality whole leaf evenly rolled to dark-green, glossy, flat needles.

Infusion of a surprisingly good taste, similar to lower grades of Japanese Sencha tea, but without the characteristic ocean and forest aroma, typical for Japanese green teas.

Preparation tip: warm the teapot, add a tea filter with 6 – 8 g of tea, pour 0.3 l of water 80°C warm, steep for about 120 sec, Another steep is possible.
