Very good quality grade of Japanese "deep stemaed" (Fukamushi) green tea, from the Trhiran area, made from single cultivar - Yutakamidori.
A first-rate, dark green, high quality leaf with smaller ratio of broken leaves.
Light green infusion of a really delicious, slightly floral, mildly astringent, markedly grassy, brisk, harmonious taste with a typical ocean and forest aroma.
Preparation tip: warm the teapot, add 6 – 8 g of tea, pour 0.3 l of water 70 – 80 °C, steep about 120 sec. Another steep is possible. |
