Formosa ALI SHAN JIN XUAN "Finest Grade" Award Oolong
Top grade of spring crop Taiwan Oolong from Ali Shan mounatins, awarded with the mark of selected quality “Fineśt grade” at one of the more important competitions, organized annually by the Mei Shan Farmer Association.
A lightly fermented , lightly fired , high quality leaf rolled to even pellets. An infusion of a delicious, full and rich, yet fresh, light green taste with sweet spicy and gently fruity tones, great aftertaste.
The tea is weighed out from the original package 2x150g.
Preparation tip: fill a heated teapot with 6 – 8g of tea, pour 0.3l of water 85°C warm (you can also try colder or warmer water), let it steep for 60 – 150 sec, the second steep is possible. This tea is also very convenient for the gong fu style of preparation.
