Excellent green tea from the first spring harvest.

Tiny wire-coiled, silvery green, whole leaf with a very high proportion of fragile downy tips.

The infusion has an excellent, fairly full, balanced, smooth, floral, spicy taste with a slightly herbal aftertaste.

Preparation tip: pour 6 - 7 grams of tea into a heated teapot, pour 0.3 litres of water at a temperature of approx. 80°C, infuse for 2 - 2.5 minutes, pour again.
