The top Spring Taiwan Oolong, the least fermented oolong of all.

A high quality, lightly fermented, loosely curled leaf.

An infusion of a very brisk, surprisingly full, greenish-sweet taste with a pleasantly spicy component without any distinctive tendency to get astringent.

Preparation tip: fill a heated teapot with 6 – 8g of tea, pour 0.3l of water 80°C warm (you can try warmer or colder water), let it steep for 60 – 150 sec, the second steep is possible. The tea is also convenient for the gong fu way of preparation.
