A tea rarity, an very good semi-green tea from the mountainous regions of Vietnam, reminiscent of Taiwanese Bai Hao oolongs (Oriental Beauty, Butterfly Of Taiwan, Dong Fang Mei Ren) in taste and character.
High quality, full-bodied, tightly rolled, loosely twisted leaf with a high proportion of golden tips.
The infusion is excellent, lighter, fresh, quite balanced, slightly nutty and floral, with a spicy aftertaste.
Preparation tip: pour 5 - 6 grams of tea into a heated teapot, pour 0.3 litres of water at a temperature of 80 - 90°C, infuse for approx. 2 minutes, pour again. This tea is also very suitable for preparation in the khong fu way.
