High quality grade of Japanese leaf green tea, harvested in the Hioki area made from single cultivar Benifuki.

Good quality, a bit more robust leaf processed into needle shape, lightly fuity aroma.

Light green infusion of a very delicious, smooth, full and complex smooth taste with light flowery tones and notably green grassy taste, long vegetal aftertaste.

Preparation tip: warm the teapot, add 6 – 8 g of tea, pour 0.3 l of water 50 – 70 °C warm, steep for about 120 sec. Another steep is possible.
