China Jiangsu Dong Shan Ming Qian TAI HU PI LO CHUN KING
Špičková třída slavného čaje, uvedeného na seznamu "50 Slavných Čajů Číny", pojmenovaného podle do spirálek zpracovaných listů připomínající tvar šnečí ulity (Všechny Čaje Číny, str. 207), z první jarní sklizně před svátkem Qing ming jie (Svátek čistoty a jasu) z proslulé východní části oblasti Dong Shan(East Mountain) u jezera Tai (Tai hu), která je zároveň poloostrovem.
Drobný list prvotřídní kvality s velmi vysokým podílem křehkých tipsů pokrytých hebkým chmýřím.
Světle zelenožlutý, díky chmýří z tipsů mírně zakalený nálev, jedinečné, plné, lahodné, skvěle vyvážené, svěží, květově bylinné, charakteristicky tipsově kořeněné, lehce nasládlé chuti s tóny citrusových plodů. Jedinečný čaj zcela svébytné a typické chuti.
Tip na přípravu: do vyhřáté konvice vsypat 6 - 7 gramů čaje, přelít 0,3l vody o teplotě 75°C, louhovat 2 - 2,5 minuty, možno znovu zalít. |
