Yogi Spice Melange
Traditional blend of spices (ginger, cinnamon, clove and cardamom), made for preparation of so-called “Indian white tea”.
Preparation tip: shake up the blend before use. 7g of Yogi boil about 10 min in 0.4l of water, add 3 – 4g of black tea (e.g. broken Assam) and boil again for 3 – 5 min. Pour 0.1l of condensed milk, let it fume. Sweeten with one teaspoon of sugar and pour off through a sieve.
