Whole blossoms of Soudanese hibiscus (Sudan – Hibiscus schizopelatus), made for preparation of Carcade, very refreshing, strongly sweetened drink (served hot as well as cold). Infusion contains no caffeine, so it is convenient for children.
Preparation tip: shortly boil 15g of hibiscus in 0.6l of water, decant, sweeten to your taste and drink or cool. |
